The new update of the Cardiogram app brings a new sleeping BPM feature that helps monitor your body’s response to flu and coronavirus symptoms. It is worth pointing out that the Apple Watch cannot detect the virus. The latest update uses the “Sleeping BPM” feature instead to monitor your sleeping heart rate. If you are suffering from any flu symptoms, an apple watch can now monitor symptoms of coronavirus it can compare the data with the heart rate of your rest. The team warns that the new facility is not intended to diagnose COVID-19 or flu and should not be used as a replacement for medical clinical trials. “Rather, we are providing users with an additional tool to be more aware of how flu-like symptoms can be affected by their bodies through their heart rate patterns,” Hsieh said.
