Noida Developers Launch App To Find Out If A Product Is ‘Made In India’
As the India-China bilateral tension intensifies, many people in India have come forward to show their support by boycotting Chinese products.
While some people are just boycotting Chinese apps, some people are also throwing away Chinese products.
Amidst all this chaos, two developers in Noida have created an app to help people find out if the products they use are made in India. The app called App Made in India is now available for free on the Google Play Store and you can download it now.
As the name suggests, the app will tell you whether the daily products you are using are ‘Made in India’. The application has been developed by Mohit Jain and Akshay Tank out of Noida.
The app listing on the Play Store says that you can search and know the details of products manufactured in 115+ countries.
How the app works
Made in India is basically a very simple app with just one feature. It is designed to tell if the products you are using are made in India or not, so there is not much going on in the app.
As soon as you open the app, you will see a screen where you can either scan the barcode or enter it manually. Once you do this, it will automatically show you the flag of the country where the product was manufactured. This is what this app does. Simple and correct for your name. This app tells if there is a product The app has now started to have some buzz on social media, and we expect it to grow further in the coming days as people are constantly looking for ways to detect and stop using Chinese products.
